Congressman Randy Fine was born in Arizona and then raised in Kentucky. He
graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in government and earned
a Master of Business (M.B.A.) degree from Harvard Business School. Fine became a
corporate executive working in the casino gambling industry after working for McKinsey
