About the Event
Cancer is the #1 killer of Children in the United
States. But of the more than 200 FDA-approved cancer treatments, only
eight are designed specifically for kids. For some kids, the
treatment is as harmful as the disease, and 95% of childhood
cancer survivors suffer significant lifelong side effects.
